Care that follows the patient home
Yatharth Neuro & Stroke Rehabilitation was founded to close the gap between
hospital discharge and full recovery. We bring nursing, physiotherapy and
specialised neuro & stroke care together under one coordinated team — whether
care happens at our centre or inside the patient's own home.
Our clinicians work as one team across every service: room stay, post-surgery
care, tracheostomy care, and the full range of rehabilitation therapies — so
families never have to coordinate between disconnected providers.
